We don't have a minimum order quantity requirement, our service can meet your different quantities production needs, from one piece part, to the production of small batches of custom parts.

The post-processing of parts that SND Technology can provide includes: painting and polishing, sandblasting and insert, and silk screen printing etc. We also provide a range of specialist treatments options such as anodizing, chrome plating, powder coating and more.

Generally, for CNC machining, we can achieve a processing accuracy of ± 0.15 mm/100 mm, and adopt the international standard ISO 2768 to control the unmarked tolerance of parts. If there are stricter tolerance requirements, our engineering team will analyze it and further communicate with you.

In addition, the final tolerance of a part depends on many factors, including but not limited to: part size, design geometry, materials, surface finish, etc. Therefore, the given tolerance range is not applicable to different types of parts.
