The Vacuum Casting is an economic choose for small batch plastic parts production. Usually, made a master first, and then make a mold out of silicone, and the parts are made of polyurethane material through the process of vacuum casting. It can accurately copy the structure, details and texture of the master, and have the same surface finishing as the master.

So,the Vacuum Casting process is widely used for rapid engineering testing, design, proof of concept, sales and display.

  • Production Time Short

Accuracy Copy

■ We carefully control the operation parameters of each step in the process, including the batching, defoaming, mixing, preheating, molding and curing. Our standard accuracy can be controlled within ± 0.2mm/100mm

Lifetime of Silicone Mold

 ■  Each mold can copy up to 15 pieces, while if the parts require high quality (such as transparent or complex structure), one mold can only make 10pieces.

Lead Time

■ As usual, 50 samples can be finished in 10 to 15 days (depending on the part size and volume)

Surface Treatment

■ Mixing colors, painting, electroplating, texture etc.
