SLA Printing

Stereolithography (SLA) is a kind of additive manufacturing process, which is one of the most widely used rapid prototyping technologies. It is a process of laser scanning liquid photosensitive resin, photosensitive reaction and layer by layer curing. Production

Use the scanning head to scan the laser beam to the resin surface and expose it. The liquid resin illuminated by the laser will solidify and begin to form the first layer of the workpiece. Material

Similar to the traditional engineering plastic ABS, it has a certain viscosity of transparent or beige liquid. The workpiece made is translucent or beige with good strength. It can be assembled, self tapping screws, painting and silk screen printing. The disadvantage is that it is not resistant to high temperature.
