Make a Master

Before making a mold, need to make a master. It is mostly made of ABS by 3D printing, sometimes we also conserder to make it by CNC, it depends on the customer's quality requirements for the product.
Make Silicone Mold

After the master finished, make the mold base to fix the master, and pouring liquid silicone. After 8 hours of drying, open the mold to take out the master, and then the silicone mold is done.

Vacuum Casting

Pour liquid product material into the silicone mold and cure it in a 60 ° - 70 ° incubator for 30-60 minutes before demoulding. If necessary, conduct secondary curing in a 70 ° - 80 ° incubator for 2-3 hours. After curing, take the part out of the silicone mold,and then repeat this cycle. Under normal circumstances, the lifetime of silicone mold is 10-15 times.
