At SND Tech, we also provide a range of high-quality 3D printing (additive manufacturing) services, including SLA, SLS and SLM. This allows for the 3D printing of plastics and metals, and provides options for both prototyping and production.

3D printing is a great way to create one-off parts or small batches, and can be used to create complex geometries that could not be realised using traditional manufacturing processes.

Why Choose SND Tech for 3D Printing?

At SND Tech, we provide reliable, high-quality 3D printing services, customized to  meet your needs — whether for rapid prototyping or production runs.

SLA Printing

Stereolithography (SLA)

Stereolithography (SLA) is a kind of additive manufacturing process, which is one of the most widely used rapid prototyping technologies. It is a process of laser scanning liquid photosensitive resin, photosensitive reaction and layer by layer curing. SLA printing can easily present complex, hollowed out, asymmetric and geometrically Abstract three-dimensional graphics without time-consuming and expensive mold or special tool design and machining, which greatly improves the production efficiency and manufacturing flexibility.

SLS Printing

Selective laser sintering (SLS)

Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) is a 3D printing process that creates parts by fusing layers of plastic powder together using a laser. It is commonly used for functional parts, since SLS printed components have good mechanical properties.

It works by spreading a layer of powder, using a laser to sinter and fuse selected areas, then repeating this cycle layer by layer.

After printing, the printed part is left to cool down inside the powder bed. The unused powder around it can be collected and reused in future prints. Finally, the part is removed and cleaned of any loose powder.

SLM Printing

Selective laser melting (SLM)

Selective Laser Melting (SLM) is a metal 3D printing process that builds strong, durable parts layer by layer from fine metal powder. After each layer is completed, the build platform lowers slightly, and a new layer of powder is spread over the surface to continue the process.

SLM fully melts the metal, resulting in parts with excellent mechanical properties—almost as strong as traditionally forged metal. This makes SLM ideal for applications in aerospace, automotive, and medical industries. It also enables the creation of complex geometries, internal channels, and lightweight structures that are difficult or impossible to produce with conventional manufacturing techniques.

3D Printing Technologies

SND Tech offers comprehensive 3D printing services including SLA, SLS, and SLM, capable of producing intricate and geometrically complex parts on demand. Ideal for rapid prototyping, functional parts, and low-volume production, our solutions handle complex geometries that traditional methods can’t achieve.

Which One is Right for You?

When selecting a 3D printing technology, it is important to first clarify the key design requirements and the intended final use of the part. This will help determine the most suitable printing method for your application.
