Use the scanning head to scan the laser beam to the resin surface and expose it. The liquid resin illuminated by the laser will solidify and begin to form the first layer of the workpiece. Then use the same method to scan and solidify the cross-sectional profile of a new layer on this layer, and so on, so as to gradually stack the cross-sectional profiles of one layer together and finally form the finished product.

After printing, take out the workpiece, remove the support and clean the workpiece, and then send it to the quality inspection department for inspection

Input the drawing into the professional computer, and layout the workpiece correctly according to the drawing，and then the computer automatically calculates the processing parameters and automatically generates the support, and the computer adds or deletes the support according to the actual situation.

Printing the complex shapes (such as hollow parts), suitable for mobile phones, radios and toys other parts, as well as electronic industry/household applicace enclosure, motorcycles/auto parts or models, medical devices etc.

The printing is fast, and 0.1-0.15mm layered scanning can be carried out.

Present a good surface quality, and could make very fine detail and thin wall structure, easy to post-treatment

There are many details that CNC cannot process, but can be processed by SLA printing, thus reducing the workload of post-processing and saving production time
